Aussie Broadband said that “teething issues” with its new white-label services meant it was unable to satisfy intended migration targets for the next quarter.
In a marketplace update, the firm said it experienced intended to migrate 20,000 broadband customers by way of the white-label services in the quarter, but fell shorter.
“Due to teething difficulties in the early levels of the white label migration, only 8715 expert services have been migrated in the quarter, not the 20,000 anticipated,” the firm said.
